Login to your indanmatka account
Use your mobile number or username, confirm the one-time code, and get back into the same account in a few taps.
Set up your login path quickly
When you create the account, we ask for a mobile number, a password, and a one-time code so the login path stays tied to your device. If you come back later, the same fields get you in without extra steps, and the account area keeps the wallet, profile, and saved settings together. If you use
a shared phone, log out after each session so the next person does not land inside your account.
-
Fast sign-in Your mobile number, password, and OTP route are set up for a short return visit, so you can move back into the account without redoing every field.
-
Encrypted entry The login form runs over encrypted pages, which keeps your password and code from being exposed while they travel to us.
-
Account return Once you are in, the same session keeps your profile and wallet linked, so the account screen feels familiar on your next visit.
-
Help on demand If the code misses or the password slips, the help path stays open and our team can help you recover access without a long wait.
Your details are protected with encrypted, secure access.
UPI, Paytm and PhonePe after login
After login, the wallet row shows the payment methods we support for India.
Help when access runs short
If login stalls, we keep three help paths open: chat, callback request, and email. Chat works for OTP issues or a password mismatch. Callback fits a number change or an inactive SIM. Email suits recovery when you want a written trail. We do not ask you to repeat the same case on every channel; one contact is enough for the same login issue.
Chat
If your OTP does not arrive or the password fails, start chat from the login screen and we will check the number, device, and session state before asking you to try again.
Callback
Use the callback request when your number has changed or the old SIM is inactive. We can help you match the new number to the same account after the identity check.
For locked access, send the account ID and the time of your last successful login. We use that trail to narrow the issue and restore entry without exposing private data in the thread.
Login safety checks for your account
Login security starts with encrypted pages and continues through OTP checks, password rules, and session timeouts on idle devices.
Encrypted pages
Your password and code travel through encrypted pages, so the login request is protected while it moves from your browser to our server. We do not show the code back on screen.
OTP check
Where the one-time code is used, it confirms the device and number before the account opens. That extra step helps us block stray attempts from the wrong handset.
Identity match
If you lose the old phone or change your number, we ask for a clean identity match before access is restored. That keeps recovery tied to the same account, not to the SIM alone.
Session control
Active device sign-out lets you close old sessions from the account area. It is useful on shared phones, public devices, or when you want to clear a browser that stayed logged in.
Data limits
We only collect the fields needed to check access, and we keep those records away from the payment screen. That makes the login step narrower and easier to audit later.
Local law
If access is not allowed where you are, the login screen will not continue from that location. We keep eligibility tied to local law instead of trying to force entry.
Questions about sign-in and recovery
These are the access questions we hear most when you return to the login form. If your code is late, your password no longer matches, or you need to move the account to another phone, the same support paths apply. We keep the answers focused on entry, recovery, and local-law checks so you can move from the form back into your account without guessing what to do next.
